CUSTOM EQUIPMENT AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Kelvin's team supports Garry with proposals and layouts for custom engineered equipment requested by our clients. As with our other products, custom engineered equipment can also be private labeled to client specifications. When an order is placed for such equipment, the works order projects are managed by the same team to ensure timely delivery of the project to our client according to specifications.

APPLICATIONS AND TECHNICAL SALES SUPPORT

Garry's team provides front line support to all our clients ranging from order processing, suitability of intended product for a particular application, equipment troubleshooting, to helping you close an order with an end user if required. Only Blastworkz can provide this service due to our vast industry experience and know how, no other contract manufacturer has the technical depth and experience to do the same.

1. INCOMING COMPONENTS INSPECTION

All incoming components undergo either sampling inspection according to US MIL standards or full inspection in accordance to manufacturing drawings or QMS work instructions.  Non-conforming components are either re-worked and re-inspected, or returned to suppliers.

MARKETING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT

Ed's team supports Garry with marketing materials, 3D printed exhibition models, corporate gifts and new product development for clients. When a client requests for products outside of current delivery scope, Ed's team will create draft drawings from client supplied samples to obtain estimated costs. If the client order is confirmed, this new product goes through our Dynamic Manufacturing production process.
